Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the product is in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
